All appointments must be rescheduled or canceled within 24-48 hours before your appointment time. If you provide less than 24h notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. Any services removed from an appointment less than 24h prior will be subject to a 50% charge for each service removed. If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost. There is a 10 minute grace period, unless otherwise discussed with service provider. After 10 minutes, you will be charged as a no-show (100%) and your appointment will be canceled. Please communicate with your provider BEFORE your appointment time if you will be late, as your appointment may need to be rescheduled or some services removed. In the event that your card does not go through, you will be unable to book again until you have paid any applicable fees from your previous canceled or missed appointment.
